Tonic Neuron Description
The only difference between the tonic neuron and the normal neuron is that you can specify a constant intrinsic current that will be injected into the tonic neuron to make it fire tonically. The tonic neuron has all of the properties associated with a regular neuron: Cm, Gm, Vth, Fmin, and Gain. For a description of them please see the text that discusses the normal neuron. The properties that are unique for the pacemaker are listed below with a description of each. IhA constant current that will be injected into this neuron. |
